Ms. T’s Bakery: Peanut Butter Cookie Review

Here’s my first review ever for a juice from Ms. T’s Bakery. This one is Peanut Butter Cookie. Here’s what she says about it:

A delicious sugary cookie made with creamy peanut butter. Doesn’t get any closer than this!

I’ve got this at 12mg in an unknown blend, although it vapes like high PG.

First Impressions

I’ve been wanting to try a Ms. T’s juice for quite a while now. I have heard some real horror stories over the past year about horrible shipping and customer service issues, so I shied away from actually ordering via the site, but I did manage to pick some up via the classifieds, and I am happy to finally have a chance to give it a go.

It’s not a bad juice, but it comes off to me as a little awkward. On the inhale, I get a kind of plasticky vibe from it. I guess you could say it tastes somewhat like peanut butter, but its a bit of a reach. The exhale is more even with much more of a cookie and peanut butter presence. I have only tried one other peanut butter vape besides this one, from Virgin Vapor, and I thought theirs replicated the peanut butter flavor a lot better than this one. This juice kind of has a slightly burnt feel to the taste. Not like really bad, but like a VERY well done cookie. It does leave somewhat of a peanut butter cookie taste in your mouth afterwards.

Vape wise, it is also fairly awkward. It hits hard, but the fullness of vape isn’t there and the vapor production is quite low. I would guess that this is likely a high PG blend based on how it vapes, and not a great one at that.

The Bottom Line

Taste. The taste isn’t too bad but it is somewhat unusual. Maybe I’m just not used to vaping this kind of juice yet, but it just doesn’t feel very balanced to me. The worst part about the taste is for sure the inhale – it just doesn’t have a very natural taste to it at all. It gets markedly better on the exhale and even does an admirable job of resembling a peanut butter cookie, but I don’t think it’s quite there. It feels unbalanced to me.

True to Description. I am trying to think to myself what I would make of this juice if someone asked me to taste it blind. I really don’t know that it would scream peanut butter cookie to me. That said, the more I vape it, the more it does taste like an actual peanut butter cookie – so I don’t know if it’s my mind playing tricks on me or what. I think it is in the ballpark, but could be a lot more authentic.

Throat Hit. Throat hit is really strong on this one. For a 12mg juice, it is actually pretty impressive, however it doesn’t mingle well with the vapor production and therefore it feels a little off to me.

Vapor. Vapor production was really not that spectacular on this one at all. It vapes like a very high PG juice, and considering the throat hit, it kind of leaves you wondering where all the actual vapor is. So overall, I did not care for the vapor production on this juice at all.

Overall. It’s not really a bad juice, but it didn’t live up to my expectations either. Frankly, I was expecting quite a bit more – especially since this is touted as being as close to the real thing as you can get. For a real peanut butter junkie, I don’t know if you’re going to feel that this is a strong peanut butter flavored vape at all. It definitely has a cookie vibe to it, and I can pick up the peanut butter, but it really doesn’t come through as cleanly as I would expect.

If you’re going to get it, I would definitely recommend trying it in the small size first because it might not be what you are expecting.  I wouldn’t say that I don’t recommend it, but temper your expectations if you’re going to give it a try.
